In France, the Parliament adopted the draft law on the Covid-19 vaccine card!
While the regulation is expected to enter into force in the coming days, 60 deputies from opposition parties will apply to the Constitutional Court against the bill.
According to the new regulation, which transforms the Covid-19 health card into a vaccination card, only the document showing that the vaccinations have been completed will be required at the entrance to certain places such as cafes, restaurants, museums, theaters and movie theaters and on journeys by train, and the test will no longer be valid. In order for the vaccination card to be valid, the third dose, called the reminder dose, will need to be administered. The vaccination card will be applied to people aged 16 and over.
According to the bill, the prison sentence for those who make fake vaccination cards has been increased to 5 years and the fine to 75,000 euros.
The bill was approved in the first vote in the House on January 6 and in the Senate on the night of January 14.
Discussions on this bill were stopped twice. The statement of French President Emmanuel Macron regarding those who did not receive the Covid-19 vaccine caused controversy in the Parliament.
Macron, "(Covid-19) I want to annoy those who do not have the vaccine. We will continue to do this until the end." had used the phrase.
